About the Spa
Our goal is to give the best services of relaxation and tranquility, following high standards and using the best products we can offer our clients.
We employ only professional, highly trained experienced therapists.
Robes, towels, toiletries, whirlpool, sauna, steam rooms are available and located in each of the separate change rooms for men and women. Enjoy them before or after your spa services.
The spa is privately owned by Donna Teodorov. Donna is a veteran aesthetician with 20 years experience in the professional skin care industry, where she is respected as an innovative skin care specialist, educator, lecturer and businesswoman. She is certified in aromatherapy, reflexology, aesthetics, iridology, herbs and nutrition, ayurveda, and acupuncture, just to name a few. She received her Doctor in Acupuncture in 1996. She has been teaching aesthetics, reflexology, aromatherapy and advanced aesthetics courses at George Brown College in Toronto for the past 9 years. Donna was trained in Europe and North America and conducts training seminars. She was the recipient of the Best Aesthetician of the Year at the Sports Clubs of Canada in 1993, 1994 and 1995. She was the recipient of the Bets Part Time Teacher at George Brown College in 1997 and 1998. She also won the Dermascope Magazine and Aesthetic International Association Award for support and dedication for contributing to continuing education in 1999. She is a volunteer member of the Breast Cancer Society and a volunteer speaker and she was honoured with the Recognition Award for volunteer member at the Breast Cancer Society in 2000. Most recently, Donna won the Excellence in Teaching - Best Teacher award for 2002 at George Brown College. She is the owner of the New Age Health Spa, Inc. in downtown Toronto and The New Age Holistic Studies Centre.

Methods of payment
We accept VISA, Debit and cash. Sorry, no cheques.
Cancellation
In consideration of others and our professional time, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes to avoid service charges and 48 hours notice for weekend appointments or for sessions two hours or more in length. Last minute cancellations are subject to payment for services booked. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Prices do not include GST.
Gratuity not included.

For online purchases of service, gift certificates and products, we only accept VISA.
Gift Certificates
Two types of gift certificates are available:
1. Dollar Amount Gift Certificates let the recipient choose their own services from the full range of services available at the spa.
2. Spa Services Gift Certificates - when you want to present the recipient with a complete spa retreat experience, or create your own custom selection of services from our price list.You can purchase our gift certificates online, by phone or by fax. Gift certificates have an expiry date and may not be redeemed for services after the expiry date.
